This video is the most in depth and fascinating I have ever seen on the topic of anxiety, self-awareness, and how to find a balance in a life with a high amount of anxiety. She discusses how to take a deep breath, find your center, and calm your nerves. I highly recommend this video if you are interested in learning more about being aware of your emotions and your feelings.
My favorite part of the video is her concluding “The more you know yourself, the more you know yourself for what it is.” Just as it is important to recognize our emotions, what we’re feeling, and how we feel, it is also important to recognize our feelings and ourselves. Because we’ve become so aware of our feelings and the impact we have on others, we have become disconnected from our own feelings.

Like most of the other things you will read on this blog, the most important part of this video is not the fact that I say something about our awareness, it’s the fact that I say this to you, to our audience, and to myself, in a way that will change our lives.
