It is my favorite film of all time. The movie starts with a scene of a man waking up in a forest of tall trees. He finds himself in the middle of a river with one of the men who is fishing. The man’s name is Bozeman and he takes a trip down the river, but his friends are not really his friends. He also discovers that not only is he in a forest, but that he is not alone.
The movie was so good that it made the two men who were not his friends, Bozeman and his friend Ben, go out for a hike. Ben finds out that Bozeman is on the island being held prisoner for his friends and is ready to fight. Ben tells Bozeman that he is not alone and that he does not belong in the forest. The movie then cuts to the first scene of the man waking up in the tree.
As Ben tells Bozeman that he is not alone, the video plays of Bozeman and Bozeman’s friend, Jocko, standing around a tree. The first thing that Bozeman notices is the camera angle that shows Jocko standing behind him, which makes sense because he’s actually standing behind Bozeman, though his eyes seem to be fixed on the tree he’s hanging from.
There is a second point of view shot of Jocko, but it plays out very much like the first point of view shot, only this time he’s looking back in Bozeman’s direction, not at the tree. This makes absolute sense, because it would be weird if Bozeman’s eyes were fixed on something and Jocko were just standing behind him.
Like I said before, I don’t know of any movies that have this style of bozeman, but I do know of a couple that have been played at least once.
Movies, TV, and video games all have this kind of bozeman. There are plenty of examples of this in the form of the Star Wars prequels, the Star Trek TOS episode “The Naked Time” (it was an episode that was seen with a VHS copy of the film), and of course, the original Star Wars.
I can’t think of any other movies that have this style of bozeman. So when I think of Disney/ Lucas films, I think of Star Wars. Disney/Lucas is a company that is known for having a lot of great movies, and Star Wars is probably one of the most popular ones. So I’m pretty sure I’m right on that one.
Well, I think you can still find more examples of this in other Lucas films too. But one of my favorites is in The Empire Strikes Back. The opening crawl is from a prequel, but the opening crawl for The End is from the original Star Wars. Darth Vader is pretty much the only character that’s still around in the expanded universe, and he has a pretty big role in the original Star Wars.
The fact that the entire second half of The Empire Strikes Back was cut from the movie is pretty good evidence that the movie was made in a prequel way. So even though the movie is pretty long, that doesn’t mean the story of The Empire Strikes Back was cut out. Darth Vader is still around to do pretty much anything he wants, and he still has his own plot.
We also have a prequel trilogy that takes place between the events of Return of the Jedi and The Phantom Menace. I think it shows that prequels are just as fantastic as movies. It also means that the movies can come back and be equally as amazing. I have to admit, I was completely lost when J just mentioned The Phantom Menace. I still don’t know why it’s the first movie that gets mentioned in the article’s title. Like I said, it happened.
