We’re not as good at thinking about our actions as we might be, so we’re forced to react to actions that aren’t necessarily our fault. For instance, we might think that the “social justice” movement is just a bunch of people telling people to do things in a certain manner.

It’s not just the people who are doing it that are making it, but the society that they’re in. Because our actions affect the lives of the people around us, we need to take a look at the choices we make in order to see if the things we do are beneficial or detrimental to the society that we live in. And we can’t just just get on a soapbox and point at the problems in the world.

While I think there are a lot of people who agree with the message of social justice, this trend to just point at every problem and say, “Its wrong to do X or Y” is a good way to ignore the issues that are more fundamental.

No, I’m telling you this: It doesn’t matter if you’re a white person, a guy, a girl or a trans person. We have to take a look at our own actions, attitudes, and beliefs. If we see that something we’ve done is harmful to the people around us, we have to stop doing it. If we see that something is beneficial to the people around us, we have to stop doing it.

The problem is that, as a society, we don’t have a lot of time to actually sit around and figure out what is the right thing to do. Everyone, especially the older generation, gets impatient with a lot of things. In the age of social media and instant gratification, it seems like we are supposed to be able to do what we want and be free from the constraints of the past, present, and future. But it doesn’t work like that.

But the problem is that we have forgotten that we are not free from the past, present, and future. We are not free from our own actions. We are not free to not do what we want to do or to not be who we want to be. We are not free to not be part of the system that we live in. We are not free to do what we want to do without consequences.

So what we have to do is figure out how to create this freedom.

Today, we are going to discuss what it means to be free and how we can work to create that freedom. But before we go into our discussion, we should take a moment to stop and think about the words “we.” We are a collective. We are a group of people that have a say in how our society functions.
